  • Memorial Tribute

To the Henry Family. Your daughter was an amazing young woman. While I am from Ontario, I watched your entire family progress in endurance sport and saw Hannah’s great success both in Canada and at ASU where she continued a great tradition of Canadian athletes excelling I the NCAA program. My brother was killed by a drunk driver, so I can partially relate to the senselessness of the loss. No two families will deal with death in the same way. My only advice would be to honour her though things like the bursary and know how much she was loved. My heart goes out to your family and her great friends and coaches who lost a tremendously talented young woman who would have made a difference in the world. Know that she is there when you speak to her.
