Remembering
Hannah Rose Henry
1999 – 2026

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hannah Henry.
Hannah, a Victoria native, grew up with two sisters, and a house that was always filled with friends and fun. She discovered what would turn into a love for triathlon at a young age – she completed her first triathlon at nine.
She would go on to compete in the 2014 BC Summer Games and became a regular competitor in BC’s SuperSeries. Hannah represented British Columbia at the 2017 Canada Games, winning two gold medals and one silver, and went on to secure two podium finishes in Triathlon Canada’s National Championships.
Hannah earned a silver medal with Team Canada in the Triathlon relay at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.
Hannah attended Arizona State University on a triathlon scholarship from 2017-2021, and helped set their Sun Devils team onto a winning path. Hannah was the twice the US NCAA Triathlon Champion. She captured back-to-back titles at the USAT Collegiate National Championships and was named USA Triathlon Division I Freshman of the Year and an All-American.
Hannah would go on to complete a masters, also in business, focusing on Sustainability, a field in which she would eventually work. Her most recent position was as a Sustainability Project Manager.
Hannah, we all miss you dearly.
